Importing the same spreadsheet twice is refused, and PepStock tells you the date it first landed. You can still override it deliberately.
If duplicates do appear, Settings → Data Diagnostics shows exactly what's stored and whether anything is duplicated. Where it's safe to fix, a Clean Up Duplicates option appears: it files everything under one heading, moving every purchase, sale, hand-over and certificate onto the record that stays. Nothing is deleted except the empty duplicate.
It saves a restore point first, and Undo Clean-Up puts everything back in one tap. Anything it can't prove is a duplicate — look-alike purchases with no lot number, repeated hand-overs — is left alone and reported for you to judge.
