Help Guide
The same guide that ships inside the app, for the owner side and the reseller side. It is generated from the app's own help content, so it never falls behind a release.
32 topics covering the owner side.

Read →Each product stores three prices:
When you log a sale you pick the tier and the price auto-fills (still editable for one-off discounts). Stock gauges show house stock vs. stock out with reps, and items low on stock are flagged against their reorder threshold.
Add a photo to any product (camera or library) and tag its cap color. The photo and color dot appear on inventory rows so you can identify units at a glance — useful when several products look alike.
A batch is one supplier order: products, quantities, unit costs, plus shipping and other overhead. PepStock spreads the overhead across every unit in the batch to compute landed cost — the real cost per unit that all profit math uses.
Batches also record order and arrival dates, which power supplier lead-time estimates for reordering.
Add a tracking number and carrier to any batch, then advance its status (Ordered → Shipped → In Transit → Delivered) as it moves. Marking a batch Delivered stamps its arrival date automatically, which feeds lead-time stats. Tap the tracking number to open the carrier's tracking page.
Attach lab documents to any inventory line — they're stored with the product, sync through iCloud, and preview in-app. If you consume a unit for testing, use Use Vial for Testing so counts and costs stay accurate.
Team members automatically receive the documents for products they hold, so they can show buyers proof right from their phone.
The Planner (Purchasing tab) watches your sales velocity over the last 60 days and each supplier's typical lead time from your batch history. It tells you when to reorder each product so stock arrives before you run out, with a safety buffer built in.
Tap + on the Sales tab. Pick the product, tier, quantity, and who sold it.
Swipe a sale to mark it paid or unpaid; unpaid rep sales make up each rep's balance owed.
Save clients once (person icon on the Sales tab), build their order, and reuse it every time they restock — fulfilling books all the sales and updates stock in one tap.
Toggle Recurring on an order to schedule it weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You'll get a reminder at 9 AM on the due date — even with the app closed — and fulfilling rolls the date forward automatically.
Add team members on the Team tab and allocate stock to them. Nothing is owed at hand-off — a rep owes the wholesale rate per unit only once it sells. PepStock tracks each rep's current holdings, value at the reseller rate, units sold, and balance owed. Settle Up clears their paid sales; export a PDF statement any time.
Give a rep live access from their own phone:
1. Team tab → tap the rep → Invite to Team
2. Send them the link (Messages, email, anything)
3. They install PepStock and open the link — their app switches to Rep Mode
From then on, allocations, approvals, and settle-ups push to their device automatically. Invites use your private iCloud — no accounts, no server, and reps never see your costs.
Reps open Stock → Send Stock Back, pick a product and quantity, and it lands in your approvals inbox — approve once the physical vials are back and counts adjust on both sides automatically. (Swiping a product in their stock list still works too.)
When a rep pays you, open their page and Settle Up to mark their sales paid; their app updates immediately.
Find it under Reference on your Dashboard, or the ± icon on the Inventory tab. Reps have it too, under Reference on My Stock. Enter the amounts and it computes concentration and per-dose volumes instantly.
It's a reference tool only — it doesn't change your inventory, and it works with no connection.
Everything saves to your private iCloud automatically. Sign into the same Apple ID on your iPad and the whole business is there — reports, photos, documents, clients. There's nothing to back up manually, and no one but you (not even the developer) can see your data.
Each purchase of a product keeps its own vendor, lot number, unit count and landed cost. Buy Retatrutide five times from four vendors and you keep five cost records, not one.
The product's cost basis is the weighted average of what you actually paid — 10 vials at $23 and 50 at $18 gives $18.83, not $20.50. That's what COGS, margins and inventory value use, so restocking at a better price shows up honestly instead of being overwritten.
A reseller can say they've sent money, but that claim credits nothing on its own. It sits in your approvals inbox until you confirm it arrived — only then does the deposit exist and reduce what they owe. Decline it and they see that too.
Same in reverse: only you can mark a sale paid or unpaid. Reps see the status, they can't set it.
The tag icon on Inventory opens a Price List — every product with all three tiers side by side, plus what it costs you and your margin. It's built for answering "what's that one?" without opening each product.
Sort it A–Z, by price, or by margin, and filter to what's in stock.
This one is for you and shows cost. To send a customer a menu, use Share Price List, which shows one tier and never includes cost or margin.
PepStock alerts you when:
Anything waiting on you also shows as a badge on the Team tab, so nothing sits unnoticed.
Allow notifications when prompted, or enable them later in iOS Settings → PepStock.
For your resellers
What someone you invite sees, and what they can and cannot do. Their own app carries this guide too.
Holding stock costs you nothing. You owe the house its reseller rate on a unit only once that vial sells.
So your balance is simply the reseller rate on everything you've sold and not yet paid for. Vials still sitting in your bag aren't owed — return them any time instead.
You can pay the house ahead of time. A deposit becomes credit against what you owe — your balance shows your unpaid sales minus that credit.
Use Make a Deposit to tell the house you've sent money; once they confirm it, the credit applies automatically. Your statement lists every deposit, how much has been used, and what's still available.
My Prices lets you set what *you* charge per compound. The house only ever collects its reseller rate — everything above that is yours to keep.
Your prices and your profit stay on your device. The house never sees what you charge or what you make.
Tap Log Sale, pick the compound, quantity and price. The sale is submitted to the house for approval.
Once approved, your stock drops and the reseller rate on it is added to your balance. Until then it shows as awaiting review.
Request Stock asks the house for more of a compound — you'll see it appear in your stock once they hand it over.
Send Stock Back returns vials you don't want to carry. The house approves it when the vials are physically back, and both sides update automatically. You're never charged for stock you return.
For any compound you're holding, PepStock gives you every lab document the house has for it — pull one up mid-conversation and show a customer proof right on your phone.
You get all COAs for that compound, so you don't have to work out which batch your vial came from.
Stock reads in whatever the house sells it as — vials, pills, bottles, syringes, patches and so on — so "12 pills" says 12 pills, not 12 vials. The house sets that per product and your screens follow it automatically.
If you're on an older version than the house, nothing breaks: anything you're holding still shows, just worded as vials until you update.
Export My Statement produces a PDF of your stock, your sales, your deposits and your balance — useful for your own records or to reconcile with the house.
Share My Price List sends customers a clean list at *your* prices.
