Resellers browse what you have and ask for what they need — many compounds in one request, decided in one go. You approve, trim any line, or decline, and approving allocates the vials immediately.
Set Hold back from resellers on a product to keep a floor for direct clients; they see the reduced count and never know a reserve exists.
They can also ask for compounds you're out of, or have never carried (searched from the full library). Promise to order it and it becomes a Backorder — tracked under Team, and moved to *Ready to Send* the moment matching stock arrives.
