Your business records — inventory, costs, sales, clients, resellers — are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud. Creative Images LLC has no access to them and no copy of them. There is no PepStock account.
Everything you enter: products, purchases, batches, vendors, costs, prices, sales, clients, resellers, expenses, photos, lab documents and settings. On iPhone and iPad this syncs through Apple's CloudKit into the private database of your own Apple ID. We cannot read that, and neither can Apple's staff in the ordinary course — it is your iCloud, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
iCloud can only reach your own devices, so sharing stock with a reseller needs a channel both of you can use, including on Android. That channel is Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Storage). What passes through it is the working set the two of you share: the products and quantities you hand over, the sales they log, their clients, deposits and requests, and the business-card details you choose to publish to your team.
Your cost prices, your margins, your suppliers and your other resellers' figures are not part of that — they are not sent at all.
If you never invite anyone, no business data leaves your device.
Securing a team to something other than one phone requires an identity, so if you create a team account you give an email address and password. It is used to sign in and to let your resellers' invites survive a lost or replaced device. Nothing else.
If you leave crash reporting on, a crash sends Google Crashlytics the technical details of the failure — the line of code, the device model and the OS version. No inventory, sales, customer or reseller data is included. You can turn it off in Settings, and it stays off.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Your card details never touch the app or us — we are told only whether a subscription is active.
PepStock is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Deleting the app removes the local copy. To remove the iCloud copy, use iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. To remove a team account and the data synced for your team, use Delete Account inside the app, or email us and we will do it.
