There is a full Help Guide inside the app, for both the owner and the reseller side: Dashboard → Help Guide. It tracks every release, so it is always ahead of this page.
After installing PepStock, the reseller has to tap the same invite link again. Installing the app does not carry the invite across on its own — the second tap is what joins them to your team.
Settings → Recently Deleted holds everything you delete for 30 days, with its purchases, hand-overs, sales and lab documents. One tap puts it back. If it is older than that, or was deleted on another device, use Recover From a Backup and pick an older backup file — it lists only what is actually missing and leaves everything you have now untouched.
That is usually the same spreadsheet imported twice. Settings → Data Diagnostics counts what is actually stored and says whether anything is duplicated; it only reads, it changes nothing. Where a clean-up is safe it will offer one, and it saves a restore point first.
Long-press either one and choose Combine With Another. Both purchases are kept, each with its own date, supplier and cost — only the inventory rows become one. The app calls it a match only when the compound, strength, unit, spec and supplier are identical.
On iPhone, sign into the same Apple ID and your data syncs down on its own. Either way, keep a copy from Settings → Export Complete Backup: iCloud mirrors deletions too, so sync is not a backup on its own.
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us — on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store's Subscriptions screen.
If a figure looks wrong, that is worth an email even if you are not sure. Tell us the screen, the number you expected and the number shown. Nothing you send is needed beyond that — please do not send a backup file unless we ask.
