Anything you buy and sell belongs in Inventory — compounds, but also needles, bacteriostatic water, labels and boxes. Linking a library compound just pulls in its reference data; leave it on Not a compound for supplies and gear.
Sold as is what ONE of them is called: vial, pill, capsule, tablet, bottle, pen, syringe, sachet, patch or unit. It changes the wording everywhere — your screens, your reports and your resellers' phones — and each type draws its own icon so the shelf is scannable at a glance.
Size is what's *inside* one, so cost per mg is unaffected by the noun. Leave it blank for things that have no strength.
