Rep Mode: What Your Reps See

A rep's app shows only their world: stock on hand, balance owed, sales history, their clients, and lab documents for products they hold. They can:

• Log sales, which arrive in your approvals inbox — approving books the sale and updates their balance
• Request stock returns, which you approve or deny
• Set their own selling price per product — their price and profit stay on their device; you always collect the wholesale rate
• Export their own PDF statement

Costs, suppliers, margins, and other reps are never visible to them.
